1. PREAMBLE & SERVICE SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer” or “you”) and Prune Digital Consumer Solutions Private Limited. (“Prune,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of Prune’s products, services, mobile application (the “App”), and website (the “Site”) (collectively, the “Services”).
Prune provides three categories of Services:
- Global eSIM Services (available worldwide and governed by Section 1 below).
- India SIM Services (physical SIM/dongle resale within India only and governed by Section 2).
- India Bill Payments & Digital Products (facilitation of bill payments, recharges and certain digital/travel services within India only and governed by Section 3).
Important Applicability Notice: Sections 2 (India SIM Services) and 3 (India Bill Payments & Digital Products) apply only to users located in India and have no bearing or applicability to users outside India. Global eSIM Services (Section 1) apply worldwide unless otherwise restricted by law.

Seat of arbitration: New Delhi, India.
Governing law: Laws of India.
Default billing currency: USD ($), with multi-currency display and processing as further described herein.
2) GLOBAL eSIM SERVICES — FULL TERMS (RETAINED IN FULL)
2.1 VALIDITY OF TERMS
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Prune and govern your use of Prune’s global eSIM Services.
By clicking “I Agree,” registering for an account, downloading the App, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
Any personal data collected is governed by our Privacy Policy at: https://www.prune.co.in/privacy-policy.
2.2 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
2.2.1 Services
Prune provides global eSIM services (data, voice, text) that can be purchased instantly on eSIM-compatible, network-unlocked devices.
2.2.2 Registration
- End Users must provide name, email, and phone number.
- Business Users must provide company name, address, website, and contact details.
- Prune may request additional information where required by law or service needs.
- You are responsible for account security.
2.2.3 Service Quality
Prune strives to provide high-quality service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
2.2.4 Customer Obligations
You must not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or network-impairing activities.
2.2.5 Device Compatibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked. Any compatibility list shown at checkout is not exhaustive.
2.3 CONTRACT START, DURATION & TERMINATION
A contract begins upon purchase via www.prune.co.in, the Prune App, APIs, partner platforms, or other authorized Prune channels.
- For End Users, contracts end when no active data package exists or when the eSIM is deleted from the device.
- For Business Users, contracts follow applicable partner or platform agreements.
2.4 CHARGES AND PAYMENT
- Prices are displayed before purchase, exclusive of taxes. Taxes are calculated based on your billing address.
- Currency:
- The default billing currency is USD ($).
- Depending on country of access (App/Site), prices may be displayed in local currencies for convenience.
- Your payment may be processed in USD or another supported currency depending on your payment method, issuing bank, or payment service provider (PSP) rules.
- Any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences are your responsibility.
2.4.1 Payment Methods
Supported methods may include Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UPI/Net Banking (where available), and other PSPs integrated by Prune.
1.4.2 Automatic Renewals (Opt-In)
End Users may opt-in to automatic renewal of data packs. Charges are applied to the default payment method per plan terms. You may cancel auto-renewal within your account at any time, effective at the end of the current cycle.
1.4.3 Business User Payments
Business Users may transact using Prune Credits (prepaid/postpaid, subject to partner agreement). Invoices are primarily in USD, but may be issued in other currencies as mutually agreed.
2.5 DELIVERY
- End Users: Purchased eSIMs appear in “My eSIMs” within the App/Site; installation details are in your account.
- Business Users: eSIMs are delivered via the Prune Partner Platform or agreed integration.
2.6 REFUND / CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY
- Refunds are available only where service failure is directly attributable to Prune and after you cooperate with Prune’s troubleshooting.
- Refund requests must be raised within 30 days of purchase.
- No refunds after eSIM installation, except as required by law or expressly stated by Prune.
- If payment was taken but the pack was not delivered and Prune is unable to resolve within a reasonable period, refunds will be processed back to the original method in USD (or equivalent).
- Fraud, abuse, or policy violations may lead to suspension and denial of refunds.
2.7 DIGITAL CURRENCIES
2.7.1 Prune Rewards (End Users)
- Cashback on eligible purchases is credited as Prune Rewards.
- Rewards are non-cash, non-transferable, and expire after 12 months of inactivity.
- Prune may modify Rewards features, levels, and eligibility at its discretion.
2.7.2 Prune Credits (Business Users)
- For bulk purchases via the Partner Platform; non-refundable and governed by applicable partner agreement.
- Postpaid usage may be subject to credit limits set by Prune.
2.8 eSIM ACTIVATION & RECYCLING
Activate your eSIM within the specified timeframe. Expired/unused eSIMs cannot be reactivated.
2.9 PRICES & PROMOTIONS
- Prices may change without notice.
- Promotions (e.g., Free Welcome eSIM) are subject to eligibility and may be withdrawn in case of misuse or fraud.
2.10 USER LOCATION DATA
We may collect location data (GPS, IP, Wi-Fi, cell towers) to deliver services, subject to consent and applicable privacy laws.
2.11 REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
You agree to comply with local telecom regulations wherever you use Prune’s Services. Prune may facilitate compliance where required.
2.12–1.19 REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERS & INDEMNIFICATION
- You confirm you are 18+ (or age of majority).
- Disclaimer: Services are provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted performance.
- Limitation of Liability: Prune’s aggregate liability is capped at the lower of (a) fees paid in the prior 6 months or (b) USD $100.
- You agree to indemnify Prune for losses resulting from your misuse or breach.
2.20 DISPUTE RESOLUTION – ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
- Initial Resolution: Contact support@prune.co.in to attempt resolution.
- Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in New Delhi, India.
- Class Action Waiver: Disputes must be resolved individually.
2.21 GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
2.22 RELATIONSHIP
No partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment is created.
2.23 GENERAL PROVISIONS
English controls; invalid provisions do not affect remainder; non-assignable by you; assignable by Prune.
2.24 CHANGES TO TERMS
Prune may modify these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2.25 THIRD PARTIES
No third-party beneficiaries.
2.26 NOTICES
We may notify you by email or postings in the App/Site.

3) INDIA SIM SERVICES (PHYSICAL SIM/DONGLE) —
India-Only Applicability: This Section applies only within India and has no bearing outside India.
3.1 Reseller Only
Prune is a reseller of prepaid SIM, postpaid SIM, or dongles of licensed Indian telecom operators (“Telco(s)”) or their distributors/aggregators. Prune is not a warrantor, insurer, or guarantor of Telco services. Any disputes regarding SIM, service quality, minutes, cost, or other SIM terms must be handled directly between you (or purchaser) and the Telco.
3.2 Orders and Payments
You need access to the Internet and required equipment. Prune and/or Prune’s business partners may charge fees for availing Services; such fees become effective when posted on the Prune Platform or partner channels. Stopping or reversing payment instructions may result in charges recoverable from you. Features, billers, payment account types, device modes, and charges may differ by partner/channel. Prune may add or remove payment account types or impose additional fees based on biller specifications. Payments may be (a) online debit/charge or (b) scheduled automated debit.
By using the Bill Payment Service (if applicable for SIM-related payments), you agree to:
(1) provide true, accurate, current, complete Registration Data, Payment Data, and Biller Data; and
(2) promptly update such data.
If data is untrue/incomplete, Prune may suspend/terminate your account.
Prune assumes no responsibility if a payment cannot be processed due to: incomplete/invalid/delayed instructions; insufficient funds/limits; encumbrances; bank refusal/delay; biller non-processing; or events beyond Prune’s control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, power/system failures). If a payment fails, you will be informed.
3.3 Communication Policy
By accepting these terms, you agree Prune may send alerts to your registered mobile/email. Delivery depends on device/network being available; delays/failures may occur. Alerts are for convenience and may contain errors/omissions; you should notify Prune of any error. You agree not to hold Prune liable for non-delivery/delay/distortion. You agree to indemnify Prune and its SMS/email providers against losses arising from misuse, incorrect numbers, etc. You also agree to receive information (offers/discounts/general info) via SMS/email/phone (you may opt-out by requesting exclusion). Feedback calls may be made. Bus-journey grievance timelines referenced in the source text are preserved for completeness where applicable.
3.4 Offers & Cashback
Prune may present partner store discount offers and cashbacks. Cashback (if offered) is credited post successful activation & first recharge via online methods such as UPI or Prune Wallet (if offered); you must provide UPI ID or registered mobile number to the delivery personnel at delivery. Offers/cashback may change without notice.
3.5 Use of Site
Except where Prune supplies information, Prune does not control or endorse Internet content. Prune does not warrant downloads are virus-free; you must implement your own security and data accuracy procedures.
3.6 Information Collection
“Personally Identifiable Information” (PII) includes data that identifies you (e.g., mobile number, address). Prune may obtain: user-provided info (mobile number, name, device info, location for better experience), cookies, log files (IP, browser, clicks, pages, timestamps), and data associated with messaging/links via the Prune Platform (retention as per law). Undelivered messages may be held temporarily. Prune may transfer PII within/outside India where necessary to provide Services, and may disclose as required by law or to protect the Platform/users. If you decline to provide PII, some Services may be unavailable. On account deletion, PII is deleted subject to legal retention.
3.7 Use of Information
Prune does not sell or share your PII for commercial marketing without consent (unless you opt-in to promotions). PII may be shared to deliver/secure services, prevent fraud, or comply with law. Non-PII may be shared for analytics. Cookies/logs may be used to personalize content, monitor metrics, and track entries.
3.8 Prohibited Conduct (SIM/Platform)
Extensive restrictions apply, including (illustrative): non-purchase for unlawful purposes; no impersonation, IP infringement, fraudulent funds; age limits (no use under 13; 13–17 only with guardian and per law); no defamatory/pornographic content; cooperate with investigations; no security circumvention, reverse engineering (except where legally permitted), automated misuse, or excessive load; no scraping/robots without permission; no forging headers or identity; no selling of services/software; no illegal solicitations; no false/misleading info; no card-network abuses; no actions causing Prune to lose providers/Telcos/processors/suppliers; and no automated requests without permission.
3.9 Termination; Agreement Violations
Prune may suspend or terminate accounts or access at any time for any/no reason, without notice, and remove account/profile data. Suspected fraudulent/abusive/illegal activity may be referred to law enforcement. Upon termination, you must cease use immediately.
3.10 Limitation of Liability and Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prune is not liable for special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, reliance, or exemplary damages (including lost profits/opportunities) arising from the agreement, services, site, or your use/inability to use them. Aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the portion of Services giving rise to the claim. These limitations reflect a reasonable allocation of risk.
3.11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prune, its affiliates, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents, suppliers, licensors, and partners from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse, breach, or misrepresentations. Prune may assume exclusive defense at your expense.
3.12 Disclaimer; No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prune disclaims all warranties (statutory, express, implied), including merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement. Prune is a reseller and is not liable for third-party Telco obligations. The Site/Services are provided “as is/available/with all faults.” No guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free operation.
3.13 Ownership; Proprietary Rights
The Services/Site are owned by Prune and/or licensors. All materials, marks, and content are protected. You may not remove notices or use materials except as expressly authorized. Ideas/suggestions you submit are assigned to Prune.
3.14 Modification of this Agreement
Prune may change these terms by posting notice; changes take effect upon posting and apply going-forward. For certain changes, advance notice will be provided if required by law. Your sole remedy if you disagree is to stop using the Services.
3.15 Notice
Prune may notify you by email, SMS, push notifications, postal mail, postings on the Site/App, or other reasonable means. Unless otherwise stated, notices to Prune must be sent by courier/registered mail to the address in Section 4.3.
3.16 Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Waivers must be in writing and signed by Prune.
3.17 Arbitration
Prune may elect binding arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, on an individual basis, in New Delhi, India. Either party may seek interim relief from courts in New Delhi. Arbitration is confidential; fees are divided equally; each party bears its own legal costs. Language: English.
3.18 Governing Law and Forum for Disputes
Except as otherwise provided under Arbitration above, disputes are subject to courts in New Delhi, India and governed by Indian law.
3.19 Severability
Invalid/unenforceable provisions will be limited/eliminated to the minimum extent; the remainder remains enforceable.
3.20 Assignment
You may not assign without Prune’s prior written consent; Prune may assign without restriction.
3.21 Survival
Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
3.22 Headings
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
3.23 Entire Agreement
This Section 2 is the entire agreement for India SIM Services and may only be modified as stated herein.
4) INDIA BILL PAYMENTS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS
India-Only Applicability: This Section applies only within India and has no bearing outside India.
4.1 Use of the Prune Platform/Prune Services
Please read these terms before registering on, accessing, browsing, downloading, or using the Prune website www.prune.co.in and associated sites, or the Prune mobile application (collectively, the “Prune Platform”) and before availing any services offered by Prune on the Prune Platform (collectively, the “Prune Services”), which include recharge, bill payment, digital products, and marketplace/travel or other services made available by Prune.
4.2 Acceptance
By registering, accessing, browsing, downloading, or using the Prune Platform for any purpose, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any service-specific terms for Prune Services, including future services added to the Prune Platform. As long as you accept and comply with these Terms, Prune grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable privilege to use the Prune Platform/Services.
4.3 Eligibility
The Prune Services are not available to persons under 18 or to anyone previously suspended/removed by Prune. You represent that you are at least 18, have not been suspended/removed, have the authority to agree, and will not impersonate or misrepresent identity/age/affiliation. Violations may lead to suspension or permanent prevention from using the Prune Platform/Services.
4.4 Other Terms and Conditions
Additional terms may apply to specific Prune Services, promotions, contests, or features. If a conflict exists, the specific service/feature terms control for that service/feature. Prune may change any Prune Services or the applicable terms at any time without notice; materials may become outdated.
4.5 Communication Policy
By accepting these Terms, you accept that Prune may send alerts by SMS/email/push notifications to your registered details. Delivery depends on device/network/app settings and isn’t guaranteed. You authorize Prune (and service providers) to contact you for Services/offers and to override DND where legally permissible. You indemnify Prune and providers from losses arising from misuse, incorrect numbers, unrelated third-party numbers, etc. The alerts are for convenience and may contain errors/omissions; notify Prune to rectify.
4.6 Use of Prune Platform
Except where content/services are clearly provided by Prune, Prune does not operate/control/endorse Internet information, products, or services. Prune does not guarantee that downloadable files are virus-free. You are responsible for your security measures and data accuracy.
4.7 Prohibited Conduct (Bill Pay/Digital)
You agree not to: violate these Terms; impersonate; infringe IP/privacy/publicity rights; use if under 18 (or under 13 even with parental sponsor); post defamatory/pornographic/offensive content; refuse lawful KYC/verification; circumvent security; reverse engineer (except where legally allowed); overload systems; use robots/automation without permission; disrupt networks; forge headers; sell Services/info/software; solicit illegal activity; provide false/misleading info; collect others’ personal/financial data; use potentially fraudulent funds; abuse card networks; cause Prune to lose partners/providers; or send automated requests without permission.
4.8 Termination; Agreement Violations
Prune may suspend/terminate your account or access at any time, without penalty and without prior notice, remove any part of your account/profile, and discontinue any Prune Services. Suspected fraudulent/abusive/illegal activity may be referred to law enforcement. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Platform/Services.
4.9 Limitation of Liability and Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prune (including contractors, agents, licensors, partners, suppliers) is not liable for special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, reliance, or exemplary damages (e.g., lost profits/opportunities) arising out of or relating to: these Terms; Prune Services/Platform/reference sites; or your use/inability to use them. In no event shall Prune’s liability exceed the amount paid by you for the portion of the Prune Service/Platform giving rise to the claim or INR 5,000, whichever is lower. If applicable law limits exclusions, Prune’s liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
4.10 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, save, and hold Prune, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and partners harmless from all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use/misuse of Prune Services/Platform, your violation of these Terms, and your misrepresentations. Prune may assume exclusive defense at your expense.
4.11 Disclaimer; No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prune and third-party partners disclaim all warranties (statutory, express, implied), including merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement. Prune is a facilitator for recharges/bill payments/digital products and is not liable for third-party obligations (e.g., Telcos/utilities/merchants). Use is at your sole risk. No guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free operation.
4.12 Ownership; Proprietary Rights
The Prune Services and Platform are owned and operated by Prune. All materials, trademarks, service marks, and trade names are Prune’s property or that of licensors. You may not remove notices or use materials except as authorized. Ideas/suggestions you submit are assigned to Prune.
4.13 Modification of this Agreement
Prune may change these Terms by posting notice; changes become effective upon posting (or as required by law). Your sole remedy if you disagree is to cease use.
4.14 Notice
Prune may notify you by email, SMS, push, postal mail, or postings on the Platform. Unless otherwise set forth, notices to Prune must be sent by courier or registered mail to: Prune Technologies Pvt. Ltd., B-6, Sector 4, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India – 201301.
4.15 Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Waivers must be in writing and signed by Prune.
4.16 Dispute Resolution (Bill Pay/Digital)
Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of notice. Unresolved disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration is on an individual basis. Seat: New Delhi, India. Language: English. Interim relief may be sought from competent courts in New Delhi. Arbitration is confidential; administrative fees shared; each party bears its own legal costs.
4.17 Governing Law and Forum
Subject to arbitration above, disputes shall be litigated in the courts of New Delhi, India and governed by Indian law.
4.18 Severability; Survival; Headings; Entire Agreement
Invalid provisions will be limited/eliminated to the minimum extent; others remain enforceable. Provisions that should survive termination do so. Headings are for convenience only. This Section 3 is the entire agreement for Bill Payments & Digital Products.
4.19 Bill Payments and Digital Products — Detailed Terms
Eligibility
Only individuals 18+ located in India may use these services.
Digital Services
Prune may offer digital products such as travel bookings, coupon redemption, and facilitates prepaid recharges (mobile, DTH, toll, data card) and bill payments via related entities/partners.
Fees & Charges:
- Convenience Fee (covers transaction costs; inclusive of GST). May vary by payment method:
- Consumer Credit Card: up to 3%
- RuPay Credit Card: up to 4%
- Corporate Credit Card: up to 4%
- Debit Cards: up to 3%
- Prepaid Cards: up to 4%
- Net Banking: ₹10
- Prune Wallet (if offered): up to 3%
- Prune Postpaid (if ever offered): up to 3%
- (Subject to change with prior notice where required by law.)
- Platform Fee (illustrative; inclusive of GST):
- Below ₹1,000: ₹4
- ₹1,001–₹5,000: ₹8
- ₹5,001–₹40,000: ₹20
- Above ₹40,000: ₹30
- (Prune may levy a platform fee for non-BBPS merchants; subject to NPCI/BBPS circulars.)
Prune Recharges (Reseller Role)
Prune is a reseller of prepaid mobile/DTH/data/toll recharges ultimately provided by Telcos/distributors/aggregators. Prune is not a guarantor/warrantor of Telco services. Disputes about quality/minutes/cost/expiration are between you and the Telco.
Refund Policy (Bill Pay/Recharges)
All recharge/bill payment sales are final. You are responsible for correct numbers/accounts. If payment is charged but the recharge/bill payment is not delivered within 24 hours, contact support with details (number, operator, value, date, order/transaction ID). If confirmed, a refund will be processed within 21 working days back to the original payment method (or as Prune Credits/Wallet where applicable, if you so choose, where offered).
Bill Payments — Specifics
You need Internet access and necessary equipment. Prune/partners may charge fees (effective when posted). Stopping/reversing payment instructions may incur charges. Features, number of billers, payment account types, access modes, and charges may vary by partner/channel. Prune may add/remove billers or payment account types; fees can vary per biller. Payments can be (a) immediate debit/charge or (b) scheduled automatic debit. You must:
- provide true, accurate, current, complete Registration Data, Payment Data, and Biller Data; and
- promptly update them.
Prune has no liability if payment cannot be effected due to incomplete/invalid/delayed instructions; insufficient funds/limits; encumbrances; bank refusal/delay; biller non-processing; or events beyond control (fire, flood, strikes, power/system failures). If payment is not effected, you will be informed via the Platform.
Donations Disclaimer (If Enabled) (Preserved & Adapted)
- Users may donate to listed organizations via supported payment methods (e.g., Prune Wallet if offered, card, net-banking).
- You confirm contributions are from your own funds and that you are at least 18.
- Donations made in error are not refunded by Prune; approach the recipient organization for any claims.
- Prune may modify or discontinue donation features.
- Linked third-party sites have their own policies; review them before donating.
- Prune is a payment facilitator/intermediary and is indemnified from related liabilities.
- Tax exemptions, if any, are between you and the recipient; Prune bears no responsibility.
5) GENERAL (APPLIES TO ALL SECTIONS)
5.1 Severability
If any provision is invalid/unenforceable, it will be limited/eliminated to the minimum extent necessary; the remainder remains enforceable.
5.2 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without Prune’s prior written consent. Prune may assign without restriction (including to affiliates/successors).

5.4 Governing Law; Arbitration Seat; Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. The seat of arbitration is New Delhi, India. Subject to arbitration, courts in New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
5.5 Updates to Terms
Prune may update these Terms periodically. Where required by law, we will provide prior notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
